      Mphasis Expands DeepTech Innovation Capabilities Through Strategic Startup Collaborations!

      Mphasis, a global leader in AI-driven and platform-based technology services, has strengthened its Sparkle Innovation Program by deepening collaborations with high-potential DeepTech startups, universities, and research partners. This move reflects the company’s strategic focus on accelerating enterprise-grade innovation and addressing emerging technology challenges with speed, experimentation, and scale.

      A key highlight of this year’s initiative is Mphasis’ expanded involvement with Nasscom’s InnoTrek program, which connects early-stage U.S.-based technology companies with Indian enterprise leaders. For the 2025 cycle, Mphasis selected five standout startups—Edgeable AI, PerpetuuitiTechnosoft, QuoQo, and SuperBryn AI—to co-develop high-impact solutions spanning Edge AI, IT resilience, intelligent automation, AI-driven contract lifecycle management, and conversational AI.

      Under this collaboration, Mphasis will work closely with each startup to advance their product maturity and commercial readiness. The support includes co-engineering commercial-grade technology, product advisory, go-to-market refinement, and access to a global enterprise customer network. By bridging startup agility with enterprise-scale engineering capabilities, Mphasis aims to significantly accelerate solution development and deployment.

      Commenting on the initiative, Srikumar Ramanathan, Chief Solutions Officer at Mphasis, emphasized that innovation at the company is fueled by a blend of internal development and strategic partnerships with emerging technology leaders. He noted that working with startups enables Mphasis to address localized and enterprise-specific challenges more rapidly, while the 2025 InnoTrek edition in New York strengthened ties with the global innovation ecosystem.

      Echoing this sentiment, Sangeeta Gupta, Senior Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer at Nasscom, highlighted the crucial role DeepTech startups play in setting global benchmarks. She added that enterprise-startup partnerships create fertile ground for rapid innovation, scalable experimentation, and a stronger technology ecosystem.

      The partnership will extend through the 2025 InnoTrek cohort, with Mphasis providing selected startups with hands-on mentoring across product positioning, commercialization strategy, and enterprise engagement. The overarching goal is to accelerate these startups’ growth trajectories and help them emerge as global innovation leaders.
