Make changeover times quicker and easier with HAINBUCH’s CentroteX

Rowan Easter-Robinson from MTDCNC visits the HAINBUCH stand at IMTS 2022 for a quick-change demonstration with Dean Winkel. HAINBUCH’s CentroteX system is designed to assist customers with changing over as quickly as possible. It includes an interface mounted to the spindle and a corresponding interface mounted to the back of all the workholding to be used in the machine or in a cell of machines. Customers that are changing over once twice a day or two to three times a week would benefit immensely from this system, given it’s an ideal component for low-volume, high-mix production. Offering an incredible accuracy of 5 microns, the system also delivers the same safety features and ease of use as all other HAINBUCH products.
