Tata Technologies has announced strategic leadership changes to enhance its partnerships with Tata Motors, Jaguar Land Rover, and global OEMs. This realignment aims to foster deeper customer relationships, drive innovation in software-defined vehicles (SDVs), and expand the company’s capabilities in digital transformation across various sectors, including automotive, industrial heavy machinery, and aerospace.

Under the new structure, Nachiket Paranjpe will lead the automotive business outside Tata Motors, focusing on driving innovation in embedded software and SDVs. Keith Matthews has been promoted to Head of Sales – Aerospace, where he will work to expand Tata Technologies’ presence in airframe, propulsion, and digital transformation. Komal Chhabra, appointed as Head of Sales – Industrial Heavy Machinery, will leverage her expertise in strategy and mergers & acquisitions.

These leadership changes reflect Tata Technologies’ commitment to accelerating its transition to a software-driven model, utilizing AI, IoT, and digital services to enhance connectivity and automation. CEO Warren Harris emphasized that these moves will drive premiumisation, operational efficiency, and long-term growth for the company and its stakeholders.
