Gurpreet Singh Luthra has joined as President – Finance, while Pankaj Pandey has taken over as Head – Human Resources. Together, they are expected to play a pivotal role in enhancing financial performance, strengthening organizational agility, and building long-term trust with stakeholders.

For Gurpreet Singh Luthra, the mandate is clear: to lead the financial strategy with a sharp focus on compliance, risk management, and operational efficiency. With more than 25 years of experience spanning both manufacturing and services, he brings a dual qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) and Cost & Management Accountant (CMA). His career has been defined by achievements in financial transformation, treasury management, NSE and BSE listings, and ERP system implementations. In his new role, he will be responsible for designing a roadmap that ensures profitability, transparency, and investor confidence. “I look forward to driving a robust financial strategy that not only supports the company’s growth ambitions but also strengthens its compliance and risk management frameworks. My goal is to ensure financial resilience, operational discipline, and sustained value creation for all stakeholders,” Singh said.
Parallel to this, Pankaj Pandey takes charge of shaping the company’s people strategy. With more than 11 years of diverse experience across startups, corporates, and multinational organizations, Pandey brings a modern, people-first perspective to human resources. He holds an MBA in Human Resources and has held leadership roles with Wen Energy Systems, Randstad India, Digipeergo Tech, Goobyflight Travels, and Unnati Online. His vision for Shivtek centers on creating an inclusive, high-performance culture that empowers employees and aligns talent management closely with the company’s growth trajectory.
