The merger integrates Rafter’s expertise in tube and pipe mill and roll forming equipment, such as cutoff machines, with Kraft Werks’ proficiency in Large-scale capital equipment installations and Project management services.
This strategic union allows Rafter to offer complete turnkey systems to its customers, providing a seamless solution for tube and pipe production needs under one roof.
