MC Machinery Systems has recently promoted three long-standing team members to key general manager positions, recognizing their extensive contributions and service. Joe Cisneroz has been appointed as the Customer Service General Manager, Dave Kloos as the Customer Support General Manager, and Doug Conroy as the Director of Information Technology and Business Systems.
Joe Cisneroz, who started his journey at MC Machinery 34 years ago as a field service technician, will now oversee field service, inside sales, the repair center, service/parts invoicing, and technical phone support. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering technology from DeVry University.
Dave Kloos, with 18 years at the company, transitions from his role as a laser applications engineer and senior manager in laser customer support to managing installations, training, and field applications across all product lines. He has an associate degree in mechanical engineering from Lorain County Community College.
Doug Conroy, who has been with the company for 17 years, started as a laser installation technician. In his new role, he will manage all company hardware, computer systems, infrastructure, and business applications, including the remote monitoring and support solution, remote360®
