
Mercedes-Benz Opens World-Class 2S Luxury Service Facility in Udaipur!

Mercedes-Benz India has strengthened its footprint in Rajasthan with the inauguration of a new world-class 2S service facility in Udaipur. Operated by T&T Motors, the premium centre is designed to deliver state-of-the-art after-sales service and elevate the ownership experience for discerning customers in one of India’s most celebrated luxury destinations. With this launch, Mercedes-Benz now operates in more than 50 cities across the country, supported by over 140 luxury touchpoints.
The new Udaipur service centre spans 9,000 square feet and integrates advanced infrastructure to cater to a growing base of Mercedes-Benz owners. It is equipped with three Preventive Maintenance and General Repair bays, two quick Body & Paint bays, and specialized service areas to handle a wide range of after-sales needs. A major highlight of the facility is the ‘Premier Express Bay,’ which offers rapid 60-minute servicing for select jobs, ensuring convenience and reduced downtime for customers.
The facility also reflects Mercedes-Benz’s increasing commitment to electric mobility. It houses Udaipur’s only 180kW ultra-fast EV charger, with two bays available to serve all electric vehicle owners in the region. This development aligns with the brand’s broader strategy of creating a robust EV charging ecosystem across India as demand for luxury electric vehicles grows.
Beyond technical services, the centre integrates advanced digital solutions to make customer interactions seamless and transparent. Services such as Online Appointment Booking, Digital Service Drive, and Vehicle Digital Reception ensure a tech-enabled experience that reflects the digital-first expectations of modern luxury customers.
