Plenty of machining happening here including a 5 inch facemill, running at 12k and 40 inches per minute feedrate. The material is 1018 steel being machined. We also see a profile hob mill machining 50 inches a min at 1300 rpm doing a round profile. This machine is a tank a machine described in this video as a machine that can be beaten and comes back for me. A brilliant roughing machine, this 50 taper is cutting 1018 like butter. We also see a 1 inch depth using a 3/4 inch end mill machining at 40 inches a minute. The chips are coming off blue.
