Schneider Electric Appoints Damini Chaudhari as Vice President – Services for Greater India Zone!

Schneider Electric has announced the appointment of Damini Chaudhari as Vice President – Services for the Greater India Zone, effective October 1, 2025. In her new role, Chaudhari will lead the company’s Services Business with full profit and loss responsibility while also overseeing the ESE MV Business. This leadership transition highlights Schneider Electric’s continued emphasis on strengthening its India leadership pipeline and investing in talent with proven capabilities to drive growth, customer value, and innovation.
Chaudhari succeeds Ramesh Jha, who has been elevated to the role of Senior Vice President for Global Services Strategy and Operations. His move to a global mandate demonstrates Schneider Electric’s commitment to nurturing leaders in India who can take on expanded responsibilities within the company’s global network. This seamless leadership shift ensures both continuity and fresh vision in the company’s services business.

Her exposure to diverse leadership roles has given her an in-depth understanding of India’s energy and infrastructure sectors, positioning her strongly to spearhead the company’s service-led growth strategy in the region.
