At HSG Laser, Smith will focus on aligning supply chain and manufacturing operations with the company’s growth strategy in North America. The role will encompass everything from supplier development and logistics optimization to production planning and quality control. Commenting on the appointment, company representatives emphasized that Smith’s leadership will play a central role in supporting HSG Laser’s North American strategy. Her experience in operations management and her history of driving measurable results across complex global organizations position her well to guide the company’s next phase of growth.
