Rob Werhun & Duncan Boyle from Tungaloy showcase some of their new products on a Brother SPEEDIO F600X1 at Whitehouse Machine Tools. We see the 30 taper machine using an 80mm face cutter taking a significant depth of cut & speed rate on steel with a cutter that is technical to large for this type of machine, but the brother handles it with ease. we also see the the 03 40mm tool cutting and a new edition to the range the AddDo Feed 02 10mm cutter. Tungaloy also show Joe Reynolds from MTDCNC their Tungmeister tools for finishing & grooving with through coolant and high feed geometry. The AddMeister Drill now goes down to 4mm and last but not least the TungForce-Rec face mill system now has 2 additional sizes. Tungaloy for all your tooling requirements for milling and turning.
