Pascal Engineering Inc. Appoints Norio Kobayashi as Vice President for the Americas!

Pascal Engineering Inc. has announced the appointment of Norio Kobayashi as the new Vice President, responsible for overseeing operations across North and South America.
Kobayashi began his career with Pascal in Japan, where he gained extensive training and hands-on experience in the automotive industry. He later transitioned to the company’s Chicago office, serving as Sales Manager for Workholding, a role in which he spearheaded strong growth and built a reputation for strategic leadership.
In his new position, Kobayashi will play a vital role in strengthening communication and alignment between Pascal Engineering Inc. and its parent company, Pascal Corporation, founded in Hyogo, Japan, in 1974. Today, the corporation has an international footprint spanning global sales offices and dealer networks.

As vice president, Kobayashi will focus on expanding the market presence of Pascal’s broad portfolio of hydraulic and pneumatic automation solutions, which includes Quick Mold & Die Change systems and an extensive lineup of Workholding for jigs and fixtures.
