The HydroForce™ provides the highest clamping force for tools from 20 to 32mm
Diameter with a runout of 3μm or less at 2.5XD overhang, this is retained up to 50mm diameter with a runout of 6μm. Balanced to G2.5 at 25,000rpm, the HydroForce range provides 3 clamping bore sizes for all applications with 20, 32, and 50mm available.
With a short projection length and 40% thicker front wall, the HydroForce range enables high cutting parameters and optimum surface quality, making it the perfect solution for tight workpiece situations and long-reach applications. For use in all drilling and reaming applications, it offers modular flexibility for lathe and multi-axis machine tool applications. Capable of fitting in all hydraulic chucks with an excellent runout of ≤3µm and through coolant capability, the system provides high flexibility with its ability to work in conjunction with reducer sleeves. By reducing the dampening effect, the HydroForce increases tool life whilst a single clamping screw ensures easy handling.
