MTDCNC is at the DMG MORI Technology Show in Chicago for a visit of an incredible facility. Eric Hulen from MTDCNC interviews Jeff Snow from DMG MORI to learn about the experience of running the full gamut at the facility, where DMG MORI handle over 100 machines a year. They also set up machines for demonstrations and customer test cuts, which help justify the purchase of large equipment. DMG MORI also have a robust in-house automation team and engineers to provide turnkey solutions. Beyond validating equipment, DMG MORI also train their own staff and the customer’s staff on machines and processes.
