Purohit and Sekar from Sphoorti Machine Tools Pvt Ltd shed light on their investment in two HERMLE machines. Talking about challenges with accuracy in making tool discs, Sphoorti Machine Tools gave the task to different European machine builders. After handing test pieces to HERMLE, they achieved the required accuracies, giving them the confidence to purchase HERMLE machines. Started in 1996, Sphoorti Machine Tools Pvt Ltd manufacture tool disc and tool holder accessories for CNC lathes. They supply to all CNC lathe manufacturers in India and have 45% of exports to the UK, Europe, and China.
