Oliver highlights the learning they get from Citizen’s staff as well as the ability to make things more accurate, precise, and quicker. Stan shares his opinion on what made him want to buy Citizen machines in the first place. Since they bought their first Citizen machine in 2002, Stan says they’ve added one Citizen machine almost every year. The support has been a game changer with sometimes a mere 30 second phone call helping them run machines through the night!
