Recent investment in new Haas Machine Tools has allowed Wath Group to remain price competitive without compromising quality or lead times. Wath Group have also standardised the MicroLoc workholding solution on all their machines including base plates for the vertical machines, a cube for the horizontal & a zero point system for the 5 Axis machine, this has considerably reduced setup times without effecting accuracy. Some of the MicroLoc systems were custom made to fit Wath’s machines allowing them to produce batch sizes of between 5-250 parts. Warth Group & MicroLoc workholding really are the dream team.
