UST Expands with New Office in Pune, Creating Thousands of Job Opportunities!

UST, a global leader in technology and digital transformation, has officially inaugurated its new office in Pune, Maharashtra. The 80,000-square-foot facility, located at the EQ Smartworks building in Balewadi, is set to generate between 3,500 to 6,000 job opportunities over the next 3-5 years, further strengthening the company’s presence in India. This new office, which offers over 1,000 workstations, complements UST’s existing facility in the Sai Radhe Complex.
The opening ceremony was led by Krishna Sudheendra, CEO of UST, along with key company leaders such as Alexander Varghese, COO, Sunil Balakrishnan, Chief Values Officer, and Ramprasad Santhanagopalan, President of Product Engineering and Pune Center Head. The new office marks a significant milestone in UST’s ongoing expansion in India.
UST’s Pune Center of Excellence plays a pivotal role in advancing digital transformation for global clients, specializing in areas like data science, product engineering, design, and digital applications. The center’s focus spans several industries including fintech, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and automotive.
Alexander Varghese, COO of UST, expressed his excitement about the new office, emphasizing the company’s commitment to scaling operations and addressing the growing demand for digital transformation services. UST plans to further expand its workforce and capabilities in AI, design, and engineering as part of its long-term growth strategy.
Ramprasad Santhanagopalan also highlighted Pune’s strategic importance as a technology hub, noting that the new office is a significant investment for the company’s future. UST plans to continue expanding its offices and workforce across India to meet the increasing demand for digital and AI services.
With over 20,000 employees across India, UST has made significant strides in its expansion, recently launching new offices in Bengaluru, Kochi, and Hyderabad, and continuing to grow its presence in key technology markets.
