After sales service & support is at the heart of Tsugami Precision Engineering’s business. As Mr P Karthikeyan explains as their business has expanded so has the engineering sales & support team. Tsugami currently have 6 Technical Centres in Chennai, Coimbatore, Bangalore, Pune, Ahmedabad & Faridabad with more planed in other cities around the country to give even more support to their growing customer base. Tsugami also plan to increase the size of the current service team by 50%, thus providing even better response times for their customers. Once a new machine is delivered to site Tsugami’s engineers will usually get it installed and producing parts within a day. Tsugami also have a toll free helpline that runs 24/7 for service, technical questions & spares. On the question of spares they have several hubs holding large amounts of parts dotted around the country to reduces the time of getting parts to site within 24 hours. Tsugami also offer Annual Maintenance Contracts on all their machines with two visits per year helping to reduce down time.
