Nine years ago, WaterSaver started with a turnkey cell for 4 different products and achieved great success, ultimately expanding and buying more RoboDrills. The addition of fourth axis allowed the valve manufacturer to cut three-sided parts, machine angled waterways and bring a part from start to finish in one workholding. From adapting to RoboDrill and learning about automation to transitioning into their own integration with universal collaborative robots, the company has received true support and guidance from Methods Machine Tools for integration, programming, and technical issues.
