New DVF 5000 MkII: DN Solutions Launches Its Latest 5-Axis Machine at The One Show

The brand-new DVF 5000 MkII from DN Solutions has officially launched, making its debut at the recent One Show event hosted by Mills CNC. This upgraded 5-axis machining centre delivers increased capacity while retaining a compact, space-efficient footprint, making it an attractive option for manufacturers seeking high capability without expanding floor space.
During the event, Paul spoke to Richard Wilson to get his insights on the new model, including who the DVF 5000 MkII is best suited for and how it fits into today’s evolving production environments. Among its many standout features, the 300-tool capacity certainly turned heads.
The One Show, held in October, saw Mills CNC launch two new DN Solutions machines:
DVF 5000 MkII – a larger-capacity, high-precision 5-axis solution
DNX 2100 SB – an entry-level, multitasking machine tool designed to introduce more manufacturers to one-hit machining
