Gruppo Parpas launch their new Active Five 22XL machining centre at EMO. Here Gianluca Battisti tells MTDCNC’s Paul Jones that the machine has full linear travel in X, Y & Z axis giving the machine faster production times due to it’s dynamic agility. The machine also has easy access to the table to make it easier to install, measure and remove parts. Gruppo Parpas build 80% of their machines in Italy including their high speed spindles which range from 15,000rpm to an amazing 35,000rpm. Available with Siemens, Heidenhain & Fanuc controls, these machines are available in the UK from Leader CNC.
