Machine tool and production system specialists EMAG are focused on reducing the skills gap through apprenticeships and automation. Mike Rose from EMAG talks about the 4 to 5-year program that offers the same core curriculum that EU apprentices go through. Students receive classroom training and hands-on experience directly on the apprentice shop floor.
