Verisurf Software Inc. introduces its Machine Tool Probing (MTP) suite, an advanced automated in-process inspection solution for CNC machine tools. Designed to provide CAD/CAM-based metrology software, the MTP solution builds on Verisurf’s intelligent model-based definition (MBD) capabilities, optimizing workflows for inspection, reporting, reverse engineering, tool building, and guided assembly.

The MTP suite offers universal compatibility with CNC machines, enabling autonomous milling and inspection with a single setup. This eliminates the need for expensive CMM hardware, reducing costs and simplifying workflows. Parts do not need to be moved to a separate metrology lab, and no additional fixtures or realignment are required, ensuring efficiency and maintaining environmental stability.
