
Unisys Appoints Lalithanand Moses as Managing Director of India Global Delivery Center!

Unisys has announced the appointment of Lalithanand Moses as the new vice president and managing director of its India Global Delivery Center (GDC). Reporting to Karl Brandt, senior vice president and general manager of Global Delivery Operations, Mr. Moses will lead the company’s largest and most diverse global delivery hub, which plays a critical role in supporting clients worldwide.

In his new role, Mr. Moses will oversee delivery operations spanning talent management, client service optimization, and the adoption of emerging technologies to strengthen operational efficiency. He will be responsible for cultivating an innovative work environment that inspires employees to develop solutions enhancing client outcomes. By optimizing centralized operations and implementing transformation initiatives, he will also ensure quality, consistency, and improved client satisfaction across the center’s delivery portfolio.
A key element of his strategy will be building stronger partnerships with academic institutions and local ecosystems to attract top talent into Unisys. With India remaining a critical growth engine for the company’s operations, Mr. Moses will focus on reinforcing Unisys’ reputation as a destination workplace for skilled professionals in digital delivery and emerging technology domains.
Mr. Moses brings nearly 25 years of leadership experience in global operations, service delivery, and client engagement. At Unisys, he has held several senior positions, most recently serving as the global leader for Endpoint Operations in the Digital Workplace Solutions division. In this role, he was instrumental in refining service delivery frameworks, implementing scalable support solutions, and improving operational performance across multiple client engagements. His leadership has consistently focused on aligning technology with client expectations while maintaining efficiency and quality at scale.
Prior to joining Unisys, Mr. Moses built extensive experience at leading organizations such as Genpact and GE. At Genpact, he managed large-scale client engagements across multiple regions, focusing on infrastructure transitions, quality frameworks, and end-user computing services. His time at GE gave him exposure to complex enterprise operations and helped him develop a deep understanding of global service delivery models. This diverse background equips him with the expertise required to lead India’s largest GDC for Unisys.
Unisys’ India Global Delivery Center continues to be a strategic hub for the company, providing services across digital workplace solutions, cloud and infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise computing.
