TVS Motor Company Appoints Peyman Kargar as Head of International Operations!

TVS Motor Company (TVSM), a leader in the global two and three-wheeler market, has appointed Peyman Kargar as the new Head of International Business. With over 30 years of international automotive experience, Kargar will be based in Dubai and will report directly to K. N. Radhakrishnan, the Director & CEO of TVS Motor Company.
Radhakrishnan expressed his confidence in Kargar’s abilities, stating, “Peyman’s extensive global leadership and expertise will greatly benefit the company. As we continue to strengthen our position in international markets, particularly in advanced economies, we are certain that his leadership will help us further solidify our market standing and set new benchmarks.”
Kargar’s previous experience includes serving as the Global Chairman and President of INFINITI, Nissan’s luxury division, where he led all aspects of the brand’s global operations. His leadership resulted in a 20% increase in volume and positioned the brand for significant annual profit growth. Prior to his role at INFINITI, Kargar held senior positions at Nissan, including Chairman & Senior VP for the Africa, Middle East, and India Region, and CEO of the DATSUN brand. He also has experience as VP of Sales & Marketing for Renault Group, covering multiple regions including Africa, the Middle East, and India.
Kargar holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and an MBA focused on Finance, Strategy, and Leadership. With his vast experience, he is poised to drive TVS Motor Company’s global expansion and strengthen its position in international markets.
