
Titomic Appoints Andy Haeuptle to U.S. Strategic Advisory Group!

Titomic Limited (ASX: TTT), a global leader in cold spray additive manufacturing through its patented Titomic Kinetic Fusion™ technology, has announced the appointment of Andy Haeuptle to its U.S. Strategic Advisory Group (SAG). The addition of Haeuptle, who brings more than four decades of distinguished service to the U.S. Department of Defense in both military and civilian leadership roles, marks a significant step in strengthening Titomic’s defense and industrial partnerships in the United States and internationally.
Haeuptle most recently served as Director of the Navy Staff, where he advised the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) on Title 10 authorities covering the Navy’s ability to man, train, and equip its global force. In that capacity, he supported the CNO in managing a $245 billion annual budget and overseeing a workforce of more than 650,000 personnel. He played a key role in coordinating the efforts of over 500 Flag Officers and Senior Executives, ensuring operational alignment across one of the world’s most complex defense organizations.
Earlier in his career, Haeuptle served in several high-profile positions, including Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director of the White House Situation Room. In that role, he was responsible for providing continuous global situational awareness and secure communications for the President, Vice President, and senior staff. His career also included service as Chief of Staff for the Under Secretary of the Navy and Senior Director in the Office of the Chief Management Officer (CMO), where he spearheaded reforms aimed at generating $46 billion in savings while advancing Department of Defense audit readiness.
A retired Marine Corps Colonel and seasoned logistician, Haeuptle has extensive operational and deployed leadership experience, with service in Iraq and Afghanistan among other assignments. His career accomplishments have been recognized with numerous honors, including the prestigious Senior Executive Service Presidential Rank Award and the Department of the Navy Distinguished Civilian Award. Academically, he holds degrees from The Ohio State University, Georgetown University, and the National Defense University.
