Taipei International Machine Tool Show – the world’s biggest machine tool show will be happening again from March 6-11, 2023. The exciting news about next year’s edition of the event is that it will feature innovations and applications in EV and Metaverse. Other technologies that will be featured at this show include Green Machine Tools, Smart Machinery, Flexible Manufacturing, and Digital Simulation.
The exhibition will also have a series of hybrid events, including online and offline procurement matchmaking, live broadcasting, forums, and seminars. It should be noted that, in addition to the physical trade show, an online exhibition. There will also be an online exhibition that will happen for one month.
We shall also have some showcasing of the metal processing ecosystem, from key components to smart manufacturing solutions. This exhibition will also focus on how to implement low-carbon supply chains. There shall also be concepts of digitalization and carbon reduction at the show.
This show will be a huge boost for all the players in Taiwan’s metal processing industry. Having these kinds of exhibitions in the country is the reason Taiwan was the third on the list of the global leaders for machine tool exports. The total machine tool exports from Taiwan were over US$ 2.78 billion in 2021, representing a 29.1% year-over-year increment.
Taiwan also saw a 50% growth in their market in countries such as Turkey and the Netherlands. The country’s machine tool industry is expected to further grow thanks to the continued increase in global demand.
