We are pleased to announce that Brad Andrews has joined Seco North America as Regional Manager – Canada. Brad is responsible for leading the Canadian team and developing and implementing the North America sales strategy to drive growth. Canada is an important market for Seco, and we believe Brad brings the right combination of experience and market knowledge to successfully lead Canada going forward.
Brad’s responsibilities as the Regional Manager – Canada include leading and coaching the sales team, maximizing engagement and sales with channel partners, and personal development in the role. His previous work experiences, strong leadership and organizational skills allows Brad to best support the Canadian sales efforts of Seco Tools.
Previously, Brad had spent the last 12+ years with 3M Canada and has held progressive roles from manufacturing to sales leadership. He has extensive experience in leading and managing top performing sales teams both inside and outside and or working with industrial distribution.
Brad and his wife Sheri grew up and still reside in Aylmer, Ontario. They have four children and two grandchildren. He is an avid Toronto Maple Leafs fan and enjoys boating in the summer on Long Point Bay.
