Engineered to tackle scenarios where traditional methods falter, the BSF manual excels in situations lacking coolant or programmable through-spindle air, and under low-pressure or poor filtration conditions. It’s perfect for counterbores up to 2.3 times the through-hole diameter, with standard sizes ranging from 6.5 mm to 20.5 mm (0.256″ to 0.807″) and specials available from 6 mm to 40 mm (0.236″ to 1.575″).

Safer and more dependable than bayonet-style tooling, the BSF manual is tailored for large boring mills and open-air machines. It eliminates the need for anti-rotation devices or spindle direction changes, allowing spot facing in the same direction as bore drilling. This saves time and costs by avoiding workpiece rotation and enables spot facing of challenging areas like casting flanges and bolt-head faces.
