Renishaw to Showcase “Automation for Everyone” and Cutting-Edge Metrology Solutions at IMTEX 2025!

Measuring just 24 mm in diameter and 31.4 mm in length, the RMP24-micro offers exceptional measurement repeatability of 0.35 microns (2σ) and low trigger forces. Paired with the RMI-QE radio interface, which is 60% smaller than its predecessor, the system delivers efficient communication and optimal battery life, making it ideal for industries such as medical, watchmaking, and micro-mechanics.

The Smart Manufacturing Data Platform, Renishaw Central, will also take center stage. This platform connects shop floor machines to gather real-time data across every stage of the manufacturing process. By providing a unified view of the factory, Renishaw Central enables intelligent process control (IPC), allowing manufacturers to predict, identify, and correct process errors. This system supports long-term productivity and efficiency gains while providing actionable insights for smarter operations.

Another highlight is the Equator™ shop floor gauge, designed to support manufacturers’ move toward smarter processes and factory automation. Suitable for both automated and manual applications, the Equator gauge operates in diverse environmental conditions. Its built-in Process Monitor software provides instant inspection result visibility and applies automatic offset updates to address issues such as tool wear and thermal drift, ensuring consistent and precise manufacturing outcomes.

Renishaw will also feature the REVO® 5-axis multi-sensor system, a cutting-edge solution for coordinate measuring machines (CMMs). This system supports automatic switching between tactile scanning, touch-trigger, ultrasonic, vision, and surface finish measurement. Its patented 5-axis measurement technology maximizes inspection capabilities, making it ideal for industries such as aerospace, automotive, and medical.
