nLIGHT Inc. has introduced two advanced products, nfinity and ProcessGUARD, designed to elevate performance in metal fabrication processes. The nfinity laser is engineered to optimize beam characteristics, providing high power and precision, particularly enhancing cutting speed and accuracy for thick metal applications. This makes it ideal for industries where high-performance cutting is essential, such as aerospace and industrial manufacturing.
ProcessGUARD, on the other hand, integrates nLIGHT Plasmo’s advanced process monitoring capabilities directly into the laser, effectively eliminating the need for separate external optics and equipment. This integration boosts productivity, yield, and uptime by streamlining monitoring and ensuring consistent process control.
