Nasuni Strengthens Global Innovation with New Engineering Hub in Hyderabad!
By Ashutosh Arora
Nasuni, a leading provider of unified file data solutions, has announced the launch of a new engineering hub in Hyderabad, India. This marks the company’s third global innovation center, reinforcing its commitment to accelerating product development and expanding engineering capabilities. With the addition of Hyderabad, Nasuni’s innovation network now spans Massachusetts, Ireland, and India, creating a global ecosystem designed to deliver continuous innovation, faster go-to-market strategies, and round-the-clock collaboration through a “follow-the-sun” development model.
The Hyderabad center has been established in collaboration with Summit Consulting and ANSR, both recognized specialists in building and scaling Global Capability Centers (GCCs). This partnership will enable Nasuni to build a deep-tech innovation hub that attracts top engineering talent, drives next-generation technology development, and strengthens its competitive edge in enterprise data management.
Leading the India Innovation Center is Peddareddappa G (GPR), Senior Director and India Site Leader at Nasuni. GPR highlighted that Nasuni’s culture of collaboration, openness, and innovation was a strong motivation for joining the company. He emphasized that Hyderabad, also known as “Cyberabad”, is one of India’s most vibrant technology ecosystems and provides an ideal base to scale engineering talent and capabilities for global impact.
Nasuni’s engineering teams have consistently delivered pioneering solutions. The Massachusetts team developed the Nasuni Edge Appliance and the UniFS® file system, which form the foundation of the company’s platform. They also introduced AI-driven support tools and predictive capabilities that significantly enhance customer experience. Meanwhile, the Ireland team recently launched Nasuni File IQ Premium, an advanced analytics solution that provides enterprises with deeper insights into file usage, data growth, and storage optimization.
With Hyderabad now fully integrated into its global engineering strategy, Nasuni is better positioned to meet the rapidly evolving needs of enterprises across industries such as manufacturing, media, construction, consumer goods, and energy. Operating in more than 70 countries worldwide, Nasuni continues to expand its role as a trusted partner for organizations navigating the challenges of digital transformation, data growth, and cloud adoption.
This expansion into India not only strengthens Nasuni’s innovation pipeline but also underscores its vision of building a truly global engineering presence that leverages local expertise while contributing to worldwide enterprise success.
