Mazak Optonics’ Optiplex Nexus 3015 Fiber S7 employs high-power beam shaping technology
Mazak Optonics Corp. has released the Optiplex Nexus 3015 Fiber S7 laser cutting system, available in a high-power, 7-kW configuration. It features Variable Beam Parameter Product (V-BPP) technology, which lets users choose beam shape, from a high-intensity, small-spot-size beam to a large, doughnut-shaped beam.
Features on this 2D flying-optics machine include Active Live Camera Nesting for processing additional parts on demand, as well as the Mazatrol PreviewG CNC, which can provide real-time cutting metrics and maintenance data.
