Designed for seamless integration with any qualified 3-through-5 axis machine make/model/control combination, the SmartLoader aims to eliminate downtime between part changes, optimizing production even for high-mix workloads.

Key features of the KMA-60 SmartLoader include precision part repeatability, lights-out/unmanned operation, and a compact design capable of handling up to 60 parts. The SmartLoader offers front access for efficient loading and unloading, a precision 4-axis robot arm with a 44-pound lifting capacity, and a Schunk gripper for superior handling.

The system also boasts a streamlined control interface, a durable touch-screen control panel, and a compact three-disc part feed system, making it an ideal solution for boosting production efficiency and minimizing downtime in manufacturing operations.
