Roush, a veteran with more than 25 years of industry experience, takes over from Stan Brant, who has led the company for over 13 years. Brant will transition to the role of Vice Chairman of the Board through March 31, 2025, ensuring a smooth leadership change.
Having served JW Aluminum for more than 15 years in various leadership roles, Roush has been instrumental in shaping the company’s market strategy and overseeing operations and commercial functions. His vision and expertise are expected to guide the company into its next phase of growth and innovation.
The company operates manufacturing facilities in Goose Creek, South Carolina, and Russellville, Arkansas, employing more than 400 people. Known for its commitment to quality and sustainability, JW Aluminum continues to serve key markets with cutting-edge flat-rolled aluminum products.
