JSW Sarbloh Motors and Tomcar USA Join Forces to Manufacture TX ATVs in India!

JSW Sarbloh Motors has entered into a strategic partnership with Tomcar USA to manufacture the TX range of all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) in India. The collaboration represents a significant step in advancing India’s indigenous tactical mobility capabilities, aligning with national priorities to strengthen self-reliance in defence and industrial equipment manufacturing. Under the joint venture, JSW Sarbloh Motors will indigenise, assemble, and support the Tomcar TX lineup at its state-of-the-art facility in Chandigarh. The first India-assembled TX units are expected to roll out by early 2026, with field trials and demonstrations scheduled for India’s defence and paramilitary agencies.
The partnership was formally announced as a move not just toward expanding business opportunities but also toward bolstering India’s defence infrastructure. For JSW Sarbloh Motors, this partnership also reflects a deeper alignment of vision and purpose. From Tomcar USA’s perspective, the partnership provides an opportunity to extend its decades of engineering expertise to a new market with immense potential. Ram Zarchi, Founder and Principal of Tomcar USA, described the partnership as a fusion of proven experience with advanced local manufacturing. “This partnership will allow us to deliver our proven platforms to the Indian Armed Forces, combining Tomcar’s decades of mission-grade engineering with JSW’s advanced manufacturing expertise and first-class leadership,” he stated.
