Jeh Aerospace has announced a major expansion with the development of Mach 2 — a next-generation, AI-powered aerospace manufacturing facility in Hyderabad. Set to become one of the world’s most advanced software-defined factories by 2026, the new centre marks a significant leap forward in India’s ambition to build globally competitive, innovation-led aerospace supply chains. With this expansion, Jeh Aerospace is poised to nearly quadruple its footprint and accelerate its vision for digital-first precision manufacturing.

The new Mach 2 facility will span approximately 200,000 sq ft inside Horizon Industrial Park in Kothur, bringing the company’s total Hyderabad footprint to over 250,000 sq ft. Designed as a fully integrated “Future Factory,” Mach 2 will combine autonomous machining systems, digital twins, AI-driven process control, and closed-loop quality assurance to deliver unprecedented levels of precision, efficiency, and scalability in aerospace component manufacturing. The facility will operate within Horizon’s IGBC Platinum pre-certified industrial park, benefiting from sustainable infrastructure, superior connectivity, and high resilience—key attributes for advanced manufacturing environments.

Vishal Sanghavi, Founder and CEO of Jeh Aerospace, highlighted that the new facility represents a transformative step for the company and the wider aerospace sector. He noted that Mach 2 is not just an expansion of floor space but the foundation of a new manufacturing paradigm—one in which software and artificial intelligence work seamlessly with machining hardware to create adaptive, high-precision production systems. According to Sanghavi, the convergence of talent, technology, and transformation will define the next era of aerospace manufacturing, and Mach 2 embodies this forward-looking philosophy. He also emphasized Horizon Industrial Parks as a natural partner, thanks to their cutting-edge, sustainable industrial ecosystem.

Horizon Industrial Parks’ CEO, Urvish Rambhia, expressed pride in supporting Jeh Aerospace’s ambitions. He stated that the Kothur park represents the next generation of industrial infrastructure, combining sustainability, digital readiness, and global competitiveness. By hosting Mach 2, Horizon aims to contribute to establishing India as a leading hub for future-ready aerospace manufacturing.

Jeh Aerospace’s rapid growth underscores the strong global demand it has attracted in a short span. With an order book exceeding USD 150 million in just 18 months, the company is scaling aggressively to serve international aerospace customers who demand precision, reliability, and supply chain transparency. The new Mach 2 facility will significantly expand production capacity, accelerate automation adoption, and enhance the company’s digital supply chain capabilities.

Bolstered by investments from leading firms including General Catalyst, Elevation Capital, and IndiGo Ventures, Jeh Aerospace is positioning itself as a critical player in building the aerospace supply chain of the future. By merging advanced manufacturing technologies with proprietary software-driven systems, the company aims to deliver world-class aerospace components from India to global markets.
