At PMTS 2025, Ingersoll Cutting Tools highlighted its WinTwist line, a cutting tool system designed for easy adaptability and streamlined setups. The modular design utilizes the threaded TopOn connection and integrates seamlessly with GoldTwist tips, offering users a versatile solution for a wide range of applications.
The WinTwist system allows for quick and easy adjustments with a variety of TopOn shanks. These shanks enable the creation of diameters ranging from 0.236″ to 0.823″ (6.0-20.9 mm), making it suitable for different machining needs. Its modular design simplifies setups, ensuring it’s easy to adapt to multispindle and Swiss-type machines. A wide selection of toolholders, including Swiss-specific threaded sleeves, CAT, HSK, C-Adapters, and various shank types, are available to complement the system, providing flexibility for multidirectional clamping and increasing operational efficiency.
