Hycom Engineering Considers Expanding with Third Facility in Karnataka!

Hycom Engineering is planning to establish a third manufacturing facility in Bidadi, Karnataka, with an investment of Rs 100 crore. This expansion aims to double production capacity from 40,000 to 80,000 units annually by FY29, creating 250 new jobs and strengthening both domestic growth and export potential.
Since its establishment in 2010, Hycom Engineering has specialized in precision products like swivel joints and rotary actuators used in construction and material handling equipment. The company serves industry giants, including JCB, Hyundai Construction Equipment, and Volvo, and currently holds a 100% market share in rotary actuators domestically.
Chairman and Managing Director M. Seethapathy Rao emphasized the company’s strategy to meet rising domestic demand while tapping into global markets such as the USA, Europe, Japan, and China. In the near term, Hycom will focus on North America and Europe to drive export growth.
This strategic expansion reflects Hycom’s commitment to innovation, global competitiveness, and strengthening its position in the construction equipment industry.
