HGS Wins Two Gold Awards at the Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards 2025!

The Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards are among the most respected recognitions in the human capital management industry. Entries are judged through a rigorous, multi-stage evaluation process by independent experts and analysts, with only the most impactful, innovative, and sustainable programs selected. HGS’ achievement underscores its ability to align people-first initiatives with business success and social responsibility.
The company’s flagship volunteering program, ‘Work to Give,’ earned the Gold Award for Best Employee Engagement. This initiative is designed to promote purpose-driven involvement by encouraging employees to contribute their time and skills to community development projects. By participating in volunteering activities, employees not only create social impact but also strengthen their connections within the organization. Over the past year, more than 4,000 HGS volunteers have contributed to community projects, from education initiatives to environmental conservation efforts. HGS also received a Gold Award for Best Social Impact for its ‘Integrated Water Management for Sustainable Development’ initiative in Ajmer, Rajasthan. This project has had a transformative effect on local communities by addressing critical water scarcity challenges. The program improved water access for more than 10,000 households, restored over 300 hectares of farmland through efficient irrigation methods, and supported climate-resilient agriculture practices. A notable achievement was the empowerment of over 240 women, who were trained to manage community water resources, creating a model of participatory governance and long-term sustainability. These combined efforts have contributed to improved rural incomes, enhanced resilience to climate change, and better quality of life for thousands of families.
