Big Daishowa Inc. has recently broadened its array of Fullcut Mill FCM tools, introducing larger diameters and extended lengths to their lineup. Among the additions is the Big-Plus BBT series, now featuring a substantial 63-mm diameter cutter. Furthermore, the 25-mm and 32-mm diameter series have been augmented to include extended lengths up to 105 mm (4″).

This expansion significantly enhances the versatility of the Fullcut Mill FCM BBT line, empowering machinists to precisely tailor their tool selections to diverse applications. Notably, the Big-Plus BBT shank products are engineered to seamlessly integrate with both Big-Plus and existing BT spindle machines, ensuring compatibility across various machining setups.

These enhancements are not only about size; they also deliver high-efficiency machining with an integrated structure and reduced cutting resistance. Ideal for grooving and shoulder milling, these tools offer a maximum depth of cut nearly four times more efficient than conventional arbor-type cutters, promising improved productivity and performance.
