AS.G (Aero Services Global Limited) has now acquired EPM Technology as part of a multimillion pound buy & build strategy. The purchase aims to service high performance high growth engineering sectors in Aerospace, Defence & Automotive industries.
EPM will now become a strategically important part of the AS.G Group that will provide capital and a robust management infrastructure to support the anticipated growth. Graham Mulholland CEO & Founder of EPM will continue to spearhead company development.
He said “we have reached a point where EPM requires the necessary funds and the executive ability to provide a world class service to our larger OE Aerospace & Automotive customers. This strategic acquisition will enable the business to now break the SME glass ceiling.
