DiPaolo Machine Tools has announced its upcoming Open House 2025, which will take place from September 30 to October 2 at the company’s facility in Mississauga, Ontario. Running daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., the event will provide manufacturers and industry professionals with an opportunity to see advanced machining technology in action, interact with technical experts, and explore solutions for a wide range of production challenges.

The open house is designed to showcase machining systems in a working shop environment, allowing attendees to experience real-world demonstrations of equipment performance. A highlight of the event will be the variety of featured machinery on display, reflecting DiPaolo’s commitment to providing high-quality, innovative solutions to North America’s manufacturing community.

Attendees will have the chance to see live demonstrations of the WELE HB1620 horizontal table-type boring mill, a machine known for precision and productivity in large-part machining. The Summit 20 4 x 120 European-built lathe will also be demonstrated, offering a look at robust turning capabilities for heavy-duty applications. From Kitamura, two advanced solutions will be featured: the Mycenter HX 250 IG, a four-axis machining solution designed for speed and accuracy, and the Medcenter 5AX, ideal for complex, multi-sided component machining.

In addition, the CMZ TTS 46 dual-spindle CNC lathe will be on display, demonstrating its advanced motion capabilities and efficiency in handling complex turning tasks. Visitors will also see the Hwacheon Hi Tech 230BL YSMC, a heavy-duty horizontal turning center designed for reliability in demanding operations. Complementing the lineup of new machines, remanufactured equipment will also be showcased, including a TOS W100A manual 4-inch boring mill, underscoring DiPaolo’s expertise in rebuilding and extending the life of high-value machine tools.

Beyond the equipment, the open house offers attendees the opportunity to connect with DiPaolo’s experienced technical staff, who will be available to discuss application-specific needs and provide insights into the latest advancements in machining technology. Partner companies such as Iscar and Renishaw will also be present, offering additional perspectives on cutting tools, metrology, and automation solutions that integrate with the featured equipment.

The event is open to manufacturers, job shops, and industry professionals across sectors looking to explore new technology investments or optimize existing operations. Admission is free, though registration is requested through DiPaoloCNC.com to help plan attendance. To make the experience even more engaging, complimentary lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the event.
