CJWinter Showcases High-Performance End Rolling Attachments at PMTS 2025!

CJWinter is presenting its advanced end rolling attachment product line at PMTS 2025, designed to accommodate a range of thread diameters from #6 up to 1 3/16″, along with various shank sizes. These attachments feature a robust, high-strength construction aimed at extending tool life and enhancing overall operational performance.
The end rolling attachments are equipped with a one-piece front plate enclosure that optimizes roll protection, safeguarding the tools from debris and minimizing the number of parts, which in turn increases rigidity. To ensure smoother operation and greater efficiency, specialized coatings are applied to all wear surfaces. The compact design of these attachments makes them compatible with virtually any machine, including CNC turning centers, milling centers, Swiss-style machines, and multispindle machines.
In addition to their thread rolling capabilities, CJWinter also offers a spline forming attachment with a capacity ranging from 0.625″ to 1.00″. This cold-forming process provides a faster, more cost-effective solution compared to traditional spline manufacturing, producing stronger and more durable products.
