At PMTS 2025, Ceratizit will showcase its AluLine – Micro milling cutters, designed for high-precision machining of miniature parts. These cutters are optimized for small workpieces that demand high-tolerance machining, featuring a shrinkable 4-mm shank and cutting diameters ranging from 0.2 to 3.0 mm, with projection lengths from 3 × D to 15 × D. With a thin diamond-like carbon (DLC) coating, AluLine – Micro milling cutters offer machinists pinpoint accuracy, achieving tolerances of 3 µm at a 0.2-mm diameter.

The 4-mm shank is compatible with shrink-fit toolholders, ensuring optimal concentricity and the highest contour quality for small components.
