Carmex Precision Tools Unveils FSH Solid Carbide Thread Mills at PMTS 2025!

Carmex Precision Tools is showcasing its FSH solid carbide thread mills at PMTS 2025, designed for faster and more accurate thread milling in hard and heat-resistant materials up to 65 HRC. Constructed from ultra-fine-grain carbide, these thread mills feature a physical vapor deposition (PVD) multilayer Nano coating that enhances their durability and performance.
The FSH thread mills come in a range of sizes, from M2 × 0.4 through M16 × 1.75 mm pitch, with thread forms spanning from 2-56 through ¾ 10UN. These mills offer five to seven flutes, depending on the size, and are equipped with a left-handed helix configuration, which reduces deflection and results in smoother, faster, and more accurate cuts. Suitable for both conventional machining and Swiss-style applications, the FSH series is engineered to provide optimal efficiency when machining tough materials.
