Authentise Expands Its Open Manufacturing Ecosystem with New Integrations from 3D Spark, Digifabster, and Paperless Parts!
By Ashutosh Arora
Authentise, the Philadelphia-based leader in workflow automation for Additive Manufacturing and advanced production environments, has expanded its connected ecosystem with three new software integrations: 3D Spark, Digifabster, and Paperless Parts. These additions support Authentise’s mission to create a fully interoperable digital thread from design to quoting to production, enabling manufacturers to reduce manual work, improve operational accuracy, and make smarter, more sustainable decisions.
The integrations enhance two core Authentise platforms—Authentise Flows, the company’s end-to-end production management system, and the Digital Design Warehouse, its secure, searchable repository for engineering data. Together, they bring automation and intelligence to quoting, manufacturability evaluation, and workflow orchestration.
With the integration of 3D Spark, users can now automatically analyse CAD files for cost, manufacturability, lead time, and even carbon footprint. The AI-driven tool assesses multiple production technologies—Additive, CNC machining, injection molding, and more—helping procurement and engineering teams immediately identify the most efficient and sustainable production method for each part. Embedding this intelligence directly into the Digital Design Warehouse allows manufacturers to make faster make-buy decisions, compare material and cost options, and scan entire part libraries to pinpoint components suitable for Additive Manufacturing. It also encourages engineers to explore new AM opportunities by uploading parts not yet produced additively.
Digifabster, widely used by AM and CNC service bureaus for instant online quoting, now connects seamlessly to Authentise Flows. When a customer accepts a Digifabster quote, it is instantly converted into a fully structured production order inside Flows—complete with material selection, post-processing specifications, delivery requirements, and customer data. This bi-directional link ensures real-time synchronization between sales, operations, and customers, eliminating double entry and reducing human error. Digifabster notes that this partnership removes the final barrier between customer request and factory execution, creating a frictionless transition from quote to build.
Paperless Parts, another leading quoting platform serving precision machining and AM manufacturers, is now also fully integrated with Authentise Flows. Confirmed orders—including STL files, ITAR compliance data, and material details—are automatically transferred into Flows without manual input. This accelerates handoff between estimating and production while ensuring all departments work from the same validated data. Manufacturers gain end-to-end visibility from initial inquiry to final delivery, improving schedule adherence and reducing communication bottlenecks.
These integrations reflect Authentise’s long-term strategy of building an open, modular ecosystem that empowers manufacturers rather than locking them into closed software environments. By connecting best-in-class quoting, manufacturability analysis, and production management tools, Authentise enables companies to operate with greater agility, reduce waste, and unlock new efficiencies across the entire product lifecycle.
With 3D Spark strengthening engineering insights, Digifabster and Paperless Parts streamlining quoting workflows, and Authentise Flows coordinating production execution, manufacturers can now achieve a fully digital, data-rich ecosystem that supports smarter decision-making and more sustainable operations.
