Ashok Leyland has unveiled its state-of-the-art Uptime Solution Centre in Ennore, designed to revolutionize the aftersales market by maximizing the uptime of commercial vehicle fleets across India. The new facility leverages advanced technology and predictive analytics to proactively address technical issues, ensuring that fleets remain operational and deliver optimal performance.
The centre brings together teams from Aftermarket, Vehicle Engineering, and Field Quality, who collaborate to swiftly resolve customer concerns. Shenu Agarwal, MD & CEO of Ashok Leyland, emphasized the company’s commitment to using advanced technology and expert teams to enhance vehicle uptime. Sanjeev Kumar, President of MHCV, highlighted that the centre will provide valuable insights into vehicle performance, helping customers keep their businesses on track.
Ashok Leyland’s extensive distribution network, with over 52,000 touchpoints including dealers, authorized service centers, and parts distributors, is integrated with the Uptime Centre. This ensures efficient repair services, timely spare parts acquisition, and seamless customer support across the country.
