Alan Oak Appointed President/CEO of CINCINNATI Incorporated!

CINCINNATI Incorporated, a leading machine tool manufacturer, has announced that Alan Oak will step into the role of president and CEO effective January 1, 2025. Oak will succeed Timothy Warning, who has led the company for over four years. Following the leadership transition, Warning will take on the role of vice president and general manager, a position recently vacated by Rakesh Kumar.

Alan Oak brings extensive experience to his new role, having started his career at BF Goodrich, where he rose to the position of vice president and general manager of Engine Controls North America. Most recently, he served as COO of Rhinestahl Corp., showcasing his ability to lead and drive operational success in highly technical industries.

Oak holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from Drake University, providing him with both technical expertise and strong business acumen. His leadership is expected to guide CINCINNATI Incorporated into its next phase of growth and innovation.

The appointment of Alan Oak reflects CINCINNATI Incorporated’s commitment to strategic leadership and operational excellence. With his extensive background in engineering and executive management, Oak is well-positioned to steer the company toward continued success in the machine tool manufacturing sector.
